Steak (Can be a ribeye, New York strip, or whatever you want, preferably 1.25-1.5 inches thick)
Eggs (2)
Avocado (½)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Unsalted Butter (2 tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (Optional to taste)
Neutral Oil (1 tbsp)
