I saw that eating steak, eggs, and avocado on a cutting board is a good way to lose weight. It’ll be hard, but I am willing to make the sacrifice.


Steak and Eggs Breakfast Board

Because your mornings deserve luxury.

Prep Time - 10 minutes (1 hour and 10 minutes if you temper the steak)

Cook Time - 10 minutes

Serves - 1-2 people

Ingredients

  • Steak (Can be a ribeye, New York strip, or whatever you want, preferably 1.25-1.5 inches thick)

  • Eggs (2)

  • Avocado (½)

  • Garlic (2 cloves)

  • Unsalted Butter (2 tbsp)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Pepper (Optional to taste)

  • Neutral Oil (1 tbsp)
