Somen Salad
A salad should be mostly noodles anyways
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8-10
Ingredients:
Salad
Somen Noodles (4 bushels or 300g)
Romain Lettuce (1 head)
Carrots (2-3)
Persian Cucumber (2)
Kamaboko (1)
Green Onions (4 stalks)
Spam (½ can)
Kani/Imitation Crab (2 cups)
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
Eggs
Eggs (4)
Sesame Oil (½ tbsp)
Sugar (½ tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Dressing
Shoyu (100ml)
Sesame Oil (100ml)
Rice Vinegar (100 ml)
Sugar (50ml or roughly 3 ½ tbsp)
Avocado Oil/Neutral Oil (100ml)
Salt (to taste)
(Note: you can adjust the amount of dressing by maintaining the same ratios. You need 1 part of everything except the sugar is ½ part, and salt to taste)
