I have to be 100% honest…I don’t think this is technically a corn dog. It’s more like a kolache on a stick. BUT I get that the idea is the same. AND it doesn’t discount how incredible it tastes lol

Korean Corn Dogs

Crispier, cheesier, better.

Prep Time: 75 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 8-10 dogs (but also, that’s a lot so don’t feel obligated)

Ingredients:

Batter
  • Water (250 ml)

  • Active Dry Yeast (1 packet-ish/2 tsp)

  • Sugar (24g/2 tbsp)

  • AP Flour (320g)

  • Salt (½ tsp)

Other
  • Hot Dog (4-5)

  • Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella (1 pound)

  • Russet Potato (1)

  • Corn Starch (2 tbsp)

  • Panko (2 cups)

  • Frying Oil (enough to fry)

Topping
  • Sugar (to taste)

  • Ketchup (to taste)

  • Mustard (to taste)
