I have to be 100% honest…I don’t think this is technically a corn dog. It’s more like a kolache on a stick. BUT I get that the idea is the same. AND it doesn’t discount how incredible it tastes lol

Korean Corn Dogs
Crispier, cheesier, better.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8-10 dogs (but also, that’s a lot so don’t feel obligated)
Ingredients:
Batter
Water (250 ml)
Active Dry Yeast (1 packet-ish/2 tsp)
Sugar (24g/2 tbsp)
AP Flour (320g)
Salt (½ tsp)
Other
Hot Dog (4-5)
Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella (1 pound)
Russet Potato (1)
Corn Starch (2 tbsp)
Panko (2 cups)
Frying Oil (enough to fry)
Topping
Sugar (to taste)
Ketchup (to taste)
Mustard (to taste)
