Yellow Onion (½)
Green Onion (4 stalks)
Water Chestnuts (8oz can)
Garlic (4 cloves)
Ginger (1 inch knob)
Egg (1)
Shoyu (4 tbsp)
Cooking Sake (3 tbsp)
Oyster Sauce (3 tbsp)
Sesame Oil (1 tbsp)
Corn Starch (2 tbsp)
Sugar (1 tbsp)
White Pepper (2 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Wonton/Dumpling Wrappers (3 packs)
Neutral Oil for cooking (1 tbsp)
