Some call it dumpling folding. I call it culinary arts and crafts.

Prep Time - 60 minutes

Cook Time - roughly 7 minutes

Serves - A lot (depends on how much you like dumplings)

Ingredients

  • Ground Pork (600g)

  • Cabbage (200g)

  • Yellow Onion (½)

  • Green Onion (4 stalks)

  • Water Chestnuts (8oz can)

  • Garlic (4 cloves)

  • Ginger (1 inch knob)

  • Egg (1)

  • Shoyu (4 tbsp)

  • Cooking Sake (3 tbsp)

  • Oyster Sauce (3 tbsp)

  • Sesame Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Corn Starch (2 tbsp)

  • Sugar (1 tbsp)

  • White Pepper (2 tsp)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Wonton/Dumpling Wrappers (3 packs)

  • Neutral Oil for cooking (1 tbsp)
