While I may not know the macros, I think it is safe to assume that this is better for you than a bacon double cheeseburger with curly fries.


Bulgogi Meal Prep

Sweet, Savory, and Ready to Make Your Week Delicious

Prep Time: 35 minutes (not counting if you marinate overnight)

Cook Time: 1 hour

Servings: 10 servings

Ingredients:

Bulgogi Meat
  • NY Strip Steak (4 lbs)

  • White Onion (2)

Bulgogi Marinade
  • Korean Pear (1)

  • White Onion (½)

  • Garlic (6 cloves)

  • Ginger (1 inch knob)

  • Shoyu (1 cup)

  • Sesame Oil (2 tbsp)

  • Brown Sugar (4 tbsp)

  • White Pepper (2 tsp)

  • Salt (to taste)

Salad
  • Leafy Lettuce (2 large bunches)

  • Carrot (4)

  • Green Onion (6 stalks)

Salad Dressing
  • Shoyu (6 tbsp)

  • Rice Vinegar (4 tbsp)

  • Sesame Oil (3 tbsp)

  • Garlic (4 cloves)

  • Brown Sugar (4 tbsp)

  • Gochugaru (6 tbsp)

  • Sesame Seeds (2 tbsp)

Rice
  • Short Grain White Rice (3 ¾ cup or 5 rice cooker cups)

  • Water (4 cups & 2 tbsp or fill to the “5” line in rice cooker)

  • Furikake (to taste)
